Lack of wind causing more delays

The fleet have all reported their positions to the race control vessel.  Winds are very light, 1-2kts, variable making progress under sail near impossible.

In light of this the race committee have decided to once again delay the race start, which is now at midday GMT on 25 September a further 75 miles further towards Funchal.
