The Tall Ships Atlantic Challenge 2009 will be a wonderful experience for anyone with a spirit of adventure, a love of the sea, and a desire to visit new places and different cultures. Most of the participating trainee crews will be aged 15-25, but many will be older, albeit ‘young at heart’. It doesn’t even matter if you have never been on a boat or a sailing ship before … most of the vessels taking part welcome novices as well as experienced sailors.
